My sister and her family dined at this restaurant, and while she and her husband both ordered the same sub, she chose to have potato salad on the side. Unfortunately, just two hours later, she experienced severe and painful food poisoning that lasted well into the night. The takeaway from this experience is that the potato salad was not fresh enough to be served.

Best subs in the upstate! You have to try the #19 on honey wheat! Absolutely delicious quality meats and toppings! Hands down a local favorite that?s been around for decades!!

The staff seems indifferent to customer satisfaction. When they overlook something, they don't apologize. I mentioned that the instructions I included with my online order had been ignored several times, and their response was that I should just call in my order instead, as the paperwork can confuse some people. This makes me question the point of offering online ordering in the first place. While prices have increased, which is understandable, better service should accompany those higher prices. There are plenty of other choices for an $8 six-inch sub. If you're short on time or prefer to avoid dealing with the staff's carelessness, you might want to consider going elsewhere for your sub.

I'm disappointed to write this review as I have been eating here with my family since it first opened when I was a child, and it has always been my favorite sub shop in the upstate. However, during my most recent visit, the manager became irate because an employee made a mistake with an order and had to remake a sandwich. His reaction was unprofessional and alarming; he violently slammed meat onto the counter and the slicer. It was clear that other customers, including one who took several steps back, were frightened by his outburst. He did not apologize to anyone, neither customers nor staff. This was truly the most distressing experience I've ever had in a grocery store. I believe he would benefit from anger management training as well as proper managerial training. I've raised concerns about his behavior in the past, but this incident was by far the worst. Although I had hoped to enjoy my sandwich there, I left feeling upset and shaken. I don't think I'll return to this location again.

I love these Mom Pop feel Sub-Shops! Everyone is beautiful, running smoothly, many options, lots of seats. Subs were delicious, great bread super tastefully cheeah ingredients. Everything is the best way to have a sub!
