Tecopa Bistro Étlap

I live in Las Vegas on the way back from Pahrump, I saw the shield Tecopa Road and decided to visit. I stopped at the Bistro restaurant and ate THE BEST HAMBURGER IN THE WORLD. Perez was the host, chef and server... really cool. Trust me... You will never taste a burger like this... its cooking secrets outside and keeps the center perfectly tender.

I love this place. The food is great with ample portions.

Oh my god, their firehouse burger is so good that my brother and I had to return the next day to eat another. Also the owners are fun.

Great food, proper breakfast (omlettes, pancakes, bacon, etc. , and really friendly staff.

Cool, strange stop in a cool, strange town. Well worth it!
