Frosty Frills Ice Creams More

The restaurant is supposed to be open until 9 PM, but when I tried to go in at 7 PM, all the doors were locked.

When we arrived, the restaurant was empty. The server was busy cleaning the counter and continued to do so for several minutes before we had to ask for assistance. Additionally, there were no prices displayed unless you specifically asked. With a few simple adjustments, this place could really improve.

Why do they always seem to be closed despite their posted hours online and on the window? The ice cream is just average, so I’m not going to waste my time waiting around in hopes of finding them open for something so lackluster. Also, I wouldn’t recommend the smoothies unless you enjoy dealing with stomach problems afterward!
