Mi Viejo Cafe - Tehuacán

We ate a few sandwiches and had coffee. Both were promptly served, and tasty. It's right next to the Walmart out of town. The staff were polite, and well presented.

The staff is the issue. The place is nice, well illuminated, but the staff... The time goes by and nothing, when the food arrives it is already cold (because nobody picked it up in the kitchen). The waitresses are smiling and nothing else. Being polite is not enough to run a place.
