Siam - TELLURIDE

Eating is okay, but it is rare that I go to a Thai restaurant where no curry can be made without fish sauce.

I always make sure I stop at siam when I'm in telluride. the pad see ew is vegan and it is so good! the server gave me a head up and let me know that the pad thai is not vegan because it contains fish sauce and garnel paste. just so you know!

Authenticity Thai food with workers who know their vegan options! my man and I ordered drunk noodles with tofu and pad see with tofu ew. they also have siam rolling that are vegan! only fyi pad thai and their suppers can not be made vegan.
