Cinnabon - Tempe

"I wouldn’t recommend going there if you're expecting the same experience as the mall. The mall has a wonderful bakery called Cinnabon, where everything is freshly made and their products are constantly in motion. If you want a delicious treat, I highly recommend choosing the Cinnabon at the shopping center instead."

Amazing smells, good service. The portions do not look like the pictures, but the flavor is still good!

The website says they open at 6. When you call in it says they open at 6. When you go through the drive thru is says they open at 6. Unfortunately I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and was hung on twice before someone finally answered saying although they knew the hours were listed incorrectly they were not open. Very frustrating given that I looked all this information up in an effort to surprise someone for their Birthday.

Very friendly worker at the drive-thru. We'll wait wasn't much at the drive-thru window. I would have rated it at 5, but the sandwiches (medium originals) now have less meat than we normally get, the mustard was all in one place instead of spread, we asked for no tomatoes and we both got tomatoes. Those things are not enough that I wouldn't go back and buy again. I would just mention the issues that I had the previous time. Overall, who *doesn't* like a Schlotzsky's sandwich?…
