Cold Stone Creamery - Tempe

I’m not sure why I keep returning, hoping for a different experience. Cold Stone Creamery at Tempe Marketplace really needs to invest in some serious employee training. I dislike leaving one-star reviews, but honestly, it’s often frustrating to get the attention of staff just to place an order. During my last visit, I even saw an employee’s lunch sitting out on the counter—gross! How difficult can it be? The ice cream is delicious, but only if you can manage to get it. Time for some training!

I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant today. The employee working at noon wasn't wearing gloves, which I find really off-putting. He opened my Reese's and touched it without any gloves on—how can I be sure he washed his hands? On top of that, the place was messy. It's not that difficult to maintain cleanliness! I used to work at Cold Stone, and I always kept everything clean and organized.

I had a disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. They had a limited selection of flavors, and they were out of waffle cones. When we finally received our ice cream, it wasn't even cold. The employee who served us was rude and seemed indifferent, handing us our ice cream after it had touched a Halloween decoration. This place felt unsanitary and offered very little in terms of quality. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The customer service from the representative was very awful! Having an attitude, can?t even say ?sorry? or ?I can remake it for you? although the did not make the request correctly. To be exact the younger male employee with glasses. Never again am I coming to this location

Very unprofessional customer service dirty store and the 2 employees working on 10/28/22 at 3:30pm they didn?t care about their job or the store appearance. Empty to go cup on top of the counter in front of the register. Store manager sitting on top of the counter when customers walk in trash piled up on the floor next to the counter register tables not wiped down or clean. I don?t recommend to anyone to visit this store unless if you want to be sick the next day with all the diseases from this location.
