Írjon visszajelzéstI've been living in Arizona for about six years now, and it's been challenging to find a good Mexican restaurant, let alone a taco shop. I'm originally from San Diego, so my standards for taco places are pretty high. However, Filibertos exceeds those expectations in every way. From the prices and portion sizes to the quality and service— not to mention the incredible salsa— this place is truly amazing. I can't speak for all their locations, as I can't remember if I've been to any others, but this one... Wow... It's fantastic. I recently tried the chicken nuggets from the kids' meal just for fun, and they were surprisingly delicious. Everyone who works there is always friendly and has a great sense of humor. I've tried almost all the burritos on the menu, and they are all good, but the shrimp burrito is hands down the best. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!
I can't believe a cup of salsa filled with sour cream costs $2.17! I spent $22 only to discover an overwhelming amount of bay leaves in my food. We dined at the new Scottsdale location with no problems, but the drive-thru employee was unnecessarily rude when we declined a small cup of sour cream. Her attitude was uncalled for, and unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations.
$10 Shrimp salad has shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, 6 pieces of peeled seasoned shrimp. Ranch is the only dressing. This was such a simple salad, but refreshing. I use olive oil, salt and pepper, so I can't comment on the ranch flavor. Maybe add slicedavocados, which I did at home. Good portion.
It never fails to disappoint. I thought giving another Filiberto's location a chance might change my perception, but that was wishful thinking. After ten years in Arizona, I've heard countless rave reviews about Filiberto's and have now tried six different locations across the valley, with today being my sixth attempt. I ordered carne asada fries through UberEats, and once again, I'm left feeling let down. They arrived cold, soggy, and lacking flavor. Why would they put the sour cream and guacamole in the box instead of keeping them on the side for a delivery order? I tracked the driver through the app from pickup to delivery, so I highly doubt it was their fault. However, I'm struggling to find any positives at this point. I don't understand the hype surrounding Filiberto's; my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Good luck to those dining at any of their locations. I need to start paying better attention to the signs that tell me I shouldn't pursue what I want all the time. It's time for a new business model and improved recipes, or perhaps it's best to close up shop. What a letdown.
I’ve been living in Arizona for about six years now, and it's been tough to find a really good Mexican restaurant, especially a taco shop. Being originally from San Diego, my standards for taco places are pretty high. However, Filibertos has exceeded my expectations and then some. The prices, portion sizes, quality, service, and incredible salsa make it the best spot ever. I can't speak for all their locations, as I can't remember if I've been to others, but this particular place... wow. It's seriously good. I recently tried the kids' chicken nugget meal on a whim, and it was amazing. The staff is always friendly and fun, too. I've tried nearly all the burritos there, but without a doubt, the shrimp burrito is my favorite. It’s so good that it makes my mouth water just thinking about it!
