Korean BBQ with no Korean BBQ sauce. Makes alot of sense. Dope ambiance and that 's about it. Had to wait 30+ minutes, despite the place being mostly empty, just to have rancid and flavorless meats. Hawaiian steak? Terrible. Gen Premium steak? Vile and the fat doesn 't break down when cooking. Beef Belly? Disgusting. The list goes on. Low quality garbage.Sauce options? Soy sauce and hot chili oil. That 's it. Yes. No Teriyaki, No Sweet Sour. Nothing. Despite SOME of these sauces being listed on the menu...the only way to get them is to order a meat option that comes with it already marinated. Oh and again no Korean Bbq sauce at all at gen korean bbq house. If you 're used to places like Gyu-Kaku then run.

The food is great and the atmosphere is fun. If you're looking for a lively place with lots of meat options and decent banchan, definitely recommend it. If you're easily overstimulated by loud environments, this is not going to be your vibe. 28.99$ adult, quite expensive. We come to this place around 5:30 and have a table after 10min. The meat is good while seafood is not so fresh. Recommend to order meat (pork beef) only. The corn cheese is so tasty ?

Food quality has always been good here. Servers are friendly and checking in appropriately. Some cuts are better than other days depending on the batch they get imported, not that it's anyone's fault. Rarely we get a bad batch, such as the meat was more tendony. Not a big deal. It's a Gen franchise so music is always loud. We usually have to yell across the table to talk but the food is good. I would still recommend.

I was super excited to eat some Korean BBQ. Unfortunately, the service is extremely poor. We wait about 30 minutes to sit down. After we sat down, it was another 50 minutes before we even got 1 single plate of food. The whole order was also completely wrong as well. Many people who sat after us already received their food. I’m not sure if they are short staff or just not aware. I would highly recommend eating somewhere else.
