Panda Express - Tempe

I think this place may be closed or undergoing renovation. They had very few menu items available when I visited, and each time I was disappointed. I'm not sure if the closure or renovation is due to the poor location within the Walmart shopping center, but it didn't seem very busy when I went. It's puzzling why they weren't prepared and fully stocked during their operating hours.

This restaurant has been closed for about 5 weeks, resembling a zombie-like state, which is detrimental to its upkeep. Prior to closing, it appeared to have sporadic business, often running out of popular items like spring rolls and offering limited menu options in the last 2-3 hours of the day.

My son and I were both disappointed by our dining experience. The food appeared old and my broccoli was slimey as if it had been sitting out for a while. Despite the nice presentation, the taste did not live up to expectations.

Awful people. You will screw up your order, then instead of simply repairing it on the window, they will tell you to go back to the drive thru! Can you believe it? LOL I was there twice! Yeah, so I have to eat cold because you messed up my order? Thank you. Then another time I just forgot to order something, but they refused to order me and pay on the window without going through the drive thru again. Seriously... yes, I don't care, because I never go back to this place. The owner does not care, and management does not care that they have treated people like these for a long time.

Haven 't been to this location in 2 years due to terrible service, horrible attitudes, and consistently wrong orders. Went tonight out of convenience. Good to know some things never change. They couldn 't bother closing the sweet and sour containers, so I got to spend 10 minutes cleaning my car and the food boxes before I could eat. It 's time like this that the now hiring banner out front advertising starting pay at $13.50 shows how over paid they really are.
