Philly's Famous Tempe

I visited this restaurant today, September 20, 2023, with a group of six. Unfortunately, our server was inattentive. She placed the silverware at my friend's spot, and he had to distribute it to the rest of our group. The same thing happened with the takeout cups. I ordered a French dip without onions, but the sandwich came with onions. We initially planned to dine in, but because of the service, we decided to take our orders to go. The food was acceptable, but the service today was definitely below expectations.

This is the best sandwich shop I have ever experienced. The family-run staff is fantastic!

I just had the Philly cheesesteak for the first time, and the reviews were spot on! This is the best cheesesteak I’ve ever tasted!!! Plus, they have Tastykakes!

I finally found real Philly/East Coast style cheesesteak. The owner/cook heard me order one and laughed when I order it with ketchup and mayo. He came out and said, You must be from back east! Hell yeah, I 'm, jersey girl! I have lived in AZ for 15years and never found a decent cheesesteak, until now. Brought me back to the days when I will go downtown after school and order one from the grease trucks on collage Ave. I 'm a fan for life even though I have to drive out to Tempe to get some! lol (I wish they were in DTPHX instead)

Look at the original hoagie shop right next door if you want this actual establishment and their menu. It took me forever to try to find the menu and just finally came in.
