Owner!!! Please Read!!!!!! The service I had tonight is the absolute best I have ever had. I do NOT leave reviews for any establishment, but I am absolutely impressed! I normally would not complain about my food because we all have bad days and I have had a good experience at this location before. But today Is an exception. The shakes we ordered tasted burnt. Not freezer burnt like the kid suggested when I madehim aware of the issue. Burnt... like the machine was about to catch on fire and transfered the taste to my milkshake. I don 'tknow any other way to describe it. So $14 worth of milkshake sat there unable to be consumed without so much as an aplogy. Talkabout leaving a bad taste in your mouth. While I 'm here, ill just point out the fries were greasy and not very well seasoned. I 'm not from around here, but I have NEVER had such a bad experience with NO attempt whatsoever to make it right. SHAME ON YOUSMASHBURGER!

It's pretty good!! I got the brisket burger and it was super tasty. I got the smash fries as well, I really like the seasoning they put on them. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's a bit expensive for the portion sizes you get. I was leftjust a little hungry with a double brisket large combo for a little over 20 bucks. Was delicious though and the staff werecool.

Hmm. I dont know. I live 5 mins away from this joint. Wife went and ordered at the counter a double bacon burger, an order of chicken strips and a turkey burger. Chicken was great. Better than Raising Canes chicken..Waaay better. Burger was nothingspecial. Bacon was translucent not crispy and overly salty.Not sure if the patties were cooked while she waited or they weresitting on the grill. My strategy for getting a fresh burger is to not go at rush hour. Was a 6 minute drive and should havebeen pretty hot when she got home imho. lettuce and tomato were warm and soggy. Just seems to have little taste much like habitburger. Wife said turkey burger was good. I made the tater tots at home. They were out of honey mustard so lucky me. I alwayshave a jug of Kens honey mustard

Recently moved to the area. First time visiting this location.. information on Google says that they offer curbside pickup. Nope, not at this one. Not a huge deal, but I was expecting to take advantage of curbside, as that is my preference nowadays.Food was okay, not good enough for me to return anytime soon. Burger patty was slightly salty... but tomato, lettuce and pickleseemed fresh. It's always a plus to not have soggy veggies on a burger, So kudos there. Oh! And it is pretty annoying when theygive you a choice of cheeses and actually forget to give you any at all. I substituted for aged cheddar... got No Cheddar, noamerican.. nada. I concur with several other reviews about the fries. They were in a puddle of oil and soggy. No wonder thewhole side of the bag was soaked in grease by the time I made it home, which was only a 5-minute drive. That was pretty gross..Started to get a shake, But at $7 plus tax, I decided it wasn't that serious.
