Wendy's - Tempe

Staff was a little rude and before I could even look at a menu or grab my phone to place a mobile order as I intended before entering and did so before leaving but almost didnt want too with the employee basically harassing me to place an order the second I walked in and not believe me when I told I will be if you give me a minute no just continues to say people say things like that often but dont they just come in for the cool air or power outlets or get soda for free. First its Arizona and way to hot outside to be stuck in it with nowhere to go sometimes how about have some decency in you and realize both just humans at the end of the day. Second just because someone(s) do or dont do something doesn't mean its safe to assume everyone will/won't. Other than all that tho I ordered a 4 for $4 meal and was very pleased with final total cost and the amount of food I received with just under $5

Super weird parking lot situation. I placed a mobile order and I think they made it before my desired pick up time because I got there right on time and the food was cold.

Customer service was good but other than that they did not complete the order correctly. We were missing cookies, and the salad was not the freshest.

It?s Wendy?s. My burger didn?t have shards of glass in it, my soda wasn?t on fire, and the woman working the drive thru was nice. Can?t really ask for more.

Legendary customer service at this location. Crews are well trained! I'm not sure if she's the manager but there is this cute girl with Nike Airs and she seems to run things great!She was sweet to me and everyone there. Also, they make the food properly. Which is huge. It actually looks like the picture. AAA
