Meet Fresh - Temple City

I really can’t comprehend how a well-known brand like Meet Fresh could be managed so poorly. Every time I go there, the tables are dirty, sticky, and not cleaned regularly. We waited for 40 minutes without seeing a single staff member come from the prep area to attend to the tables. To make matters worse, it takes over 20 minutes for our order to be ready, and the place wasn’t even busy. And honestly, it’s not my responsibility to inform the staff about the mess. They need to hire more help.

There was a wait to get in and it was challenging to find an available table, but the food was quite good.

I like how their desserts are not too sweet.Best was the soft tofu with flan on top.And then we shared a HOT grass jelly dessert that had taro, boba, corn, and other goodies. You can also get free shaved ice to add into the mix.We also enjoyed Jasmine Green Tea and some kind of caramel milk tea.Everything was delish. Total ran about $23 for 4 items.We were there right before closing. It was pretty packed. A very nice time.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy some Taiwanese shaved ice. They offer a wide variety of combinations to choose from. The prices are reasonable, and my dessert was ready in no time. Plus, parking was a breeze with ample underground options available.

Customer service. I had hi hopes for this location. My wife went to check on the order because she received a text saying it was ready. Your people told her it 'was not ready '. After waiting for over 25 minutes, I finally went up to the counter and said the same thing. Your people concluded that someone else must have taken it. No apologies considering you guys are checking our order numbers. One of your people did make it in front of me and it took all of 3 minutes to make.Funny I came back to ask for more condense milk cuz there wasn 't much on it. Same guy says 'that will be .75. ' No. I reminded him I 'm the guy that was waiting for my order for a long time. He didn 't say anything. He just gave me some and walked away. Food Quality I was disappointed. The shaved ice was not fluffy. It was like Mountain High when they make snow; hard and icy. The toppings were skimpy. Management I keep reading that Angela is the owner/manager. Well Angela, you really need to do quality assurance on your food and train your people on customer service. I 'll be going to the one in the Santa Anita mall. Disappointing.
