Autentico Pizzeria Ristorantino

I went on advice of friends who dared the goodness of pizza. The pizza I mean is the Neapolitan pizza so big cornice and soft pizza. The pizza that this place offers is not a Neapolitan pizza. We mean, it is a good pizza, cooked well, with good ingredients and digestible but that nevertheless does not meet my personal taste. That said the club has good qualities and defects. Let's start with the latter. The first big problem is that despite the local offer a good and varied choice of beers, these are only in bottle. I think a pizzeria must always be able to offer a beer with a plug, maybe even just a type but it must be able to offer it. However, I'm sure that the problem isn't about me and that the local managers are working on it. Another limit I think is the oven, perhaps too small for a local that, despite having few covers does not allow (or does it with difficulty to serve pizzas at all the diners at the same time (alread the tables with 5 people suffer this problem . The staff is absolutely attentive and friendly but it would have been pleasant to see their face still today covered by masks and in any case feel a slight smile. Obviously it's a personal feeling or maybe I've been in a rather melancholic evening for them. We all have our problems. As for the merits, the room is small but the space between the tables is sufficent. The soft lighting and relaxing music in the background induce the adventurous to speak with normal voice tones and the result is that you finally spend a pleasant evening in pizzeria without screaming or hearing people talking loudly. Ah I forgot, there are good bruschettes and something that can please or not, you don't need fries but only baked potatoes. Prices are on average in the city centre. In conclusion, however, I only give three stars because personally the criticalities I mentioned are determined for the judgement of a pizzeria. Obviously I say this as a constructive criticism and therefore improved for a local and management that certainly have the potential of a major improvement. Good luck

Authentic is synonymous with QUALITY, you cannot say otherwise! We tasted the appetizer of mixed meats and cheeses, great! We've met her two years ago and she's the TOP! No other pizza can beat Authentic... Impased and condiments have no equal! Try to believe, you won't leave him anymore!
