They are already a couple of times that we come to eat at the restaurant “Dal Moro”. On both occasions we were great: plentiful appetizers, varied and local; first delicious, delicious and gourmet; second of fine meat and cooked to perfection. The staff and the owners are very kind, hospitable and friendly. It feels like home!

Passing through Salento we had dinner in this lovely restaurant. We ate very well but above all we enjoyed the enthusiasm and sympathy of these guys. Great value for money. Recommended!

Restaurant where quality of food, furniture, professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness turn out to be of good level

The quality of the meat I found in this restaurant is exceptional, the cooking mode has always been perfect. I've been able to try different cuts of meat, from steak with bone to Entrecôte, and they're all amazing. The appetizers of meats and cheeses are absolutely to try with local products and always fresh. The service has always been celery and impeccable, the place is very cozy and in summer there is also the possibility to eat outside. Prices in standard. That's weird.
