Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Always great food, new menu items and they now serve some alcohol, the store has me with Halloween decor!

This was my first time at Cracker barrel and I didn't know what to expect. I was wanting a salad at first but realized I would be taking off most of what's in it so I decided against that. If I could change one thing I would've had them cook the bacon less. I like a little bit of chew to my bacon and these were really crispy. I'm not the biggest pancake guy but these are up there for some of the best restaurant pancakes I've tried. Eggs were cooked how I like them. Hash brown casserole was good. Server nice. Neat little gift shop.

Was so disappointed we could not stop here. For some reason they let cars park in the RV Parking area. It’s was full of cars and one camper. Really people there was plenty car parking that’s just pure laziness. FYI, access road is horrible would not recommend

I eat all over the country at cracker barrel. This is the worst experience I've had. Grilled fish was over seasoned by X10 at least, couldn't even eat it. And this is the exact portion of fries given to me minus 2 fries. Not only that but when I sent the fish back and ask for grilled fish it was fried and I know it was because it was laced. The waitress hardly existed, never asking if we needed anything and why on earth is the entire middle of the dining room empty and the tall thin host seating everyone side by side!? I won't ever return. Update: huh 3 weeks later, no response, I'm not surprised.

Simple food order took 45 minutes. Order of over easy eggs with bacon came out as hard cooked eggs with no bacon. Daughter’s gravy was barely warm. No napkins and a basket of communal utensils. Never saw our server for refills on drinks or to even ask how our meal was.
