Kfc - Terre Haute

I don't understand how a chicken restaurant can run out of chicken. To make matters worse, the manager stood in front of everyone and insisted it wasn't his fault. Newsflash: as the manager, it's your responsibility to oversee operations! We waited at the counter for 20 minutes while the girl taking orders looked at us six times and the head manager twice, yet not one person bothered to take our order. This place has seriously deteriorated, and it's really disappointing. It desperately needs new management. Honestly, one star is too generous for this restaurant. It was a terrible experience—don't waste your time here. We ended up walking out after 20 minutes of listening to the manager shift blame instead of taking responsibility. Just horrible!

I do love KFC. Can't wait for opening of the one they are building in my town

The food was fresh, and although it took a bit longer to arrive, the fact that the fries were made fresh to order made it all worthwhile.

My granddaughter and I went out for dinner, and we decided to try the BOWL. She really enjoyed it, but I wasn't a fan of the chicken in it. I wish I had ordered the chicken breast dinner instead. I probably won't order the bowl again, but everyone has their own tastes. Overall, we had a nice dinner, although it was quite cold inside. But then again, I'm more sensitive to the cold as an older person.

First time back since 2019. Was better back then, the price was decent and food was better. Now it's just gone downhill. Chicken was blah, siding was plain. Got mac and cheese and that was awful. Coleslaw wasn't as good as I remembered. Alsothere's no potatoe wedges and that was the best one. Overall we will not be returning to this location. Everyone is welcome totry. The customer service we got at the time was great.
