The employees are always attentive and welcoming, drinks and eating is certainly delicious, and the general atmosphere of the caffe is very beautiful.

This costa is always busy and dealing with people. it is a nice place to go and spend some time, it can be loud, but not too much to have a conversation, it is a lively type of noise. Sometimes it's a concern that I couldn't get a table, but so far it never happened. I really enjoy the costa drinks and eat. the three cheese and chutney toastie was absolutely divine and I am sad that they no longer serve it. the Christmas witness is fab, so it is important. they have such a wonderful selection of articles. her reward system is also quite good and I had a fair number of free hot chocolates! it can be a bit unpleasant to get through the doors with a buggy, and I can't imagine it's very accessible for wheelchair users, but I could be wrong. the customers in the inner often help with the doors that are beautiful and makes it more simple.

Social distance maintained , NHS track trace in place, also hand sanitizers at reach and masks won in shop. Very helpful and friendly staff. First time to have a cuppa out with a favourite cake slice. Costa accepts cash hence have lots of customers whilst other are only taking card payments. Clean environment.

Very nice coffee, but slow service. Great for a relaxing break; not good if you're in a hurry. Staff are friendly though, so that's a plus point.
