Rock N' Sole Plaice - Test Valley

Chunky's in Chandlers Ford is the ultimate spot for fish and chips. Under new management and with a new name, this place is a huge improvement from its predecessor. The fresh fish is nicely cooked and served with a generous portion of perfectly cooked chips, all at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. Well done, Chunky's!

This restaurant could definitely improve. It's unfortunate that residents of Valley Park Knightwood have to travel to central Chandlers Ford for good fish and chips due to the low quality of this establishment. The prices are too high, they have inconsistent opening hours, and the food is terrible. It seems like the owners, who live nearby, don't care about their customers' opinions. Just check out the reviews on here and Google.

My first visit to this chip shop. The food was freshly cooked to order, tasty and reasonably priced. I found both members of staff to be polite, friendly and helpful. Exactly what I want from a chip shop really; I'll be visiting again!

Despite some negative feedback, I personally think this fish and chip shop is fantastic. The food is of high quality, the prices are reasonable, the staff are extremely friendly, and the portion sizes are generous. I am aware of their issues with consistency in opening times, but my last two visits have been excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever.
