The George Inn - Test Valley

The George Inn is like a fairytale brought to reality! This pub captures everything you would expect from books and tales. The atmosphere is truly magical, with cozy open fireplaces that make you feel right at home. The staff go above and beyond, offering friendly and attentive service. To add to the enchantment, there was a fantastic live band performing in the evening, creating a perfect ambiance. Even the presence of a friendly dog wandering around added to the charm. An incredible experience – a must-visit! Five stars all around!

The Dorf Pub is excellent. The food is excellent and the staff is brilliant. They have 4 real ales and are very friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful, with an old world charm. Overall, it is fantastic and highly recommended.

We had a lovely evening at The George. We were made to feel welcome and well taken care of as soon as we arrived. The food exceeded our expectations for a pub meal and was simply delicious. They had a great selection of guest ales, and the one I tried was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
