We placed a large order from a restaurant in New Orleans. Unfortunately, there was some confusion which caused a delay in our order. The customer service team in New Orleans was amazing and quickly resolved the issue. They worked together closely to ensure our order was finally delivered to us. Despite the initial mistake, the team handled the situation perfectly. Thank you! We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
