Carifesta - The Bronx

The food is good, and my son enjoys it. However, I have never experienced a restaurant like this before. It seems like they just wake up and decide whether or not to open, which is quite unprofessional. If they are unable to manage the restaurant properly, they should consider handing it over to someone more competent.

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but I was always frustrated by their lack of response to phone calls and the long waiting times. Unfortunately, they are currently closed temporarily. I hope that when they reopen, they will improve their service.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. However, there is an issue with no one answering the phone, and it is advertised as being open only on Thursdays and Saturdays. It has been a month and no one has answered the phone or been open when customers have driven by. It would be helpful if the restaurant could provide updates on their services to avoid customers having to constantly call and verify the hours of operation that are advertised as "open." It is frustrating to not know if the restaurant is currently operating.

I love the food. I think so. But hate the service. Never call and the waiting time is ridiculous when you go in. You really have to. Other than that, food is great!

Can't order online, says store its closed when they're open, sometimes they don't answer the phone, long lines when you call ahead of time. Business used to run amazing now its all over the place sadly
