Írjon visszajelzéstCame here for Happy Hour and then dinner for Date Night. The bartender was super friendly and so were most people we talked to. The food was okay. The drinks were cheap and we enjoyed our time here. I recommend eating or drinking here. This place is cool to experience.
The service was good and so was the atmosphere, but I just can't compare South Texas and Mexican restaurants here in Dallas. The dishes were not very tasteful and slightly seasoned. There was a ton of cheese on everything drown the flavors of each product make all taste equal. The portions are plentiful and the food came out quickly. I won't say this place is bad, but for the price I expected a little more.
Came here for lunch and was absolutely disappointed. I've got the frozen Mango Margarita 20oz and Cattle Fajitas. The Margarita was fine, definitely felt like a **** with a bunch of mangosirup in it. I don't waste any alcohol so I ended my drink. My cattle chap was terrible, the meat was chewing and tasted like it was old. The rice was simple and the flour tortillas could use some work, the only thing on my plate, which probably really tasted, was rice. I didn't want to waste meat, so at least I'm trying to finish it. The service was okay. She was nice and tested for use a few times. Service is not the problem, it is the kitchen. The food must be better, very unseasonal.
I ordered ribeye and a beef fajita taco and both were super delicious! The meat was seasoned well and super delicate and juicy. I was pleasantly surprised! I have a peach margarita that was quite normal, but the disadvantage was that it came in a rather large size. A big plus was our sweet and helpful waitress. We celebrated my birthday and in laws birthdays late and it was nice as we had a little birthday dessert free (sopaipilla) The only drawback of the restaurant that was difficult to ignore was the bad smell where we sat. It wasn't unbearable, but it stayed there all the time when we were eating. It's like the old building smell and something else I can't quite describe. I could not stop smelling it, and it took from the pleasant experience to eat my food.
I stopped in about 4:30pm had a happy hour Margarita for only 2.99. I had the Fiesta Suprema (16.99) sampler and it was great. It had so many things and it was so good. The server I had, Courtney, was very nice and it was quick.
