Can't give no star, otherwise I would. Complete disaster, waited ages for food only to get freezing chips had to bring back to counter. Staff miserable and unhelpful. When leaving could hardly get out the door as loads of kids blocking door and would not move. AVOID.

SHOCKING Customer Service!Ordered and Paid for a meal for myself and my wife at 21:40 on the 27/09/2022 and after paying and going to sit down we were told by a very rude staff member who was cleaning the empty restaurant that we couldn't sit at any of the tables as it was “cleaning time” and that we could only sit on the high stools. We needed to sit at a normal table as I have a bad back!I was about to demand a refund and cancel the order but my wife stopped me as she didn’t want to cause a scene so we ended up sitting in the car!I wouldn’t mind but the restaurant was open until 23:00 and there was nobody in there!Also we ordered the chicken wrap meals and upon opening the packaging in the car both of the wraps were all wrap only half filled with about 2 STRANDS of lettuce! For the prices they charge this was an absolute disgrace!The management should think about employing people who have at least some basic customer service skills and manners!Absolutely shocking experience! If I could give this place a minus star it wouldn’t be enough!

Super delicious food at the good price nice staff quick operation. Very clean also the toilets when we make in Ballinrobe vacation we always go there.
