Their staff is lazy and incompetent and the food they offer is borderline dangerous and poses health risks. You have a chance of getting sick consuming their food. I have had 3 bad experiences with this location in a span of a year and a half. This is one of the worst operating McDonalds in the city of Hamilton. I recommend going to the A&W or Wendys within that area.1st time I got food poisoning and was sick for 3 days. Didn't go back for over a year.2nd time They lied and said the ice cream machine wasn’t working. We all know that excuse. They're too lazy to make ice cream and clean the machine for a second time. This is also during the summer mind you when they advertise their ice cream as a featured item.3rd time I ordered ubereats and I had a sandwich missing from the sealed bag. Either they are incompetent and can not fulfill my order correctly or they pocketed the sandwich on purpose. Unless I drive to the store or call the store, not much can be resolved because Ubereats blames the store and doesn't help with the issue either.Not to mention the place is always messy with trash everywhere. The tables are always filthy. Every time i walk in there I feel like their is not a clean place to sit down and eat food. I do not know who is opperating this location but they should look into a different industry.
Ordered double big Mac...came with no cheese and no refills. Refill policy enforced by a staff member. $15 for a meal that used to be just over $10 WITH REFILLS NO SALADS AVAILABLE AS SUBSTITUTE FOR FRIES..BAD MENU OVERPRICED UNHEALTHY FOR KIDS AND SENIORS. I'm headed for HARVEYS FOR A REAL MEAL WITH SALADS AND UNLIMITED COKE REFILLS. BYE ? BY
Horrible attention to details, everytime i order my coffee with extra sugar (which is also written on the reciept) i get the most bitter coffee that hasnt seen a hint of sugar, food isnt that much better either as i always ask for no lettuce on the app and the drivethrough and they ignore it most of the
Went through the drive through and they took about 10 minutes to let me order while I was at the spot to order, I also didn't get a total as the screen did not display my order. Get to the pay window and the employee had said a price that was very confident and I understood a different price (I heard $14) and went to pay once I realized she had said $44! I looked at her and immediately said no and asked why is my order that much? She read the order and I denied it as I only ordered fries and icecream.... so my card was authorized twice but atleast only charged once. By the time I get to the second window it was another 5 minutes, this wasn't even Durning any rush.
