Burgers Near Me, Llc

On a Monday I ordered at 2:41pm. Promised by 3:06. Didn't get my order until 3:25. The guy at the front could tell me it was coming soon. The place was also hot inside. Food was expensive, average in taste and had a mandatory tip. All i can say is we tried it but not coming back

Cheeseburger was pretty good. The meat was flavorful and juicy. I ordered medium and it was cooked perfectly. The yuca fries were big and filling.

Sad to say my first time visiting I am very disappointed.. when he brought our food out and I was checking.. the BUNS was cold and the onion rings were cold .. he immediately offered a refund before apologizing or asking to remake.. so I asked can he remake instead of a refund and he went on about he have so many other orders as if my order and money I was spending wasn’t important like everyone else’s .. we just kept the food to avoid confusion and warmed burgers when we got home .

I placed the order a day before online. I arrived 5 minutes later and my order was still not ready. I waited another 20 minutes and my order was never ready. I had to leave the place without my order...The next day I called customer service to get my payment back. I wanted my order, not my money back :

Food is amazing and affordable. I order from here about 3 times a week and I recommend this place to anyone. Burgers are on point.
