Papa Johns Pizza

The delivery drive never gave me my receipt a forged a signature to give himself a tip my from credit card !! I will be contacting my bank along with corporate to further investigate because this can’t be the first time he’s done this to someone.. I have included a photo of the driver from my camera

I placed an order at 8:20 PM for a large stuffed crust pizza and two orders of wings. The delivery took over an hour and when it got there the order was wrong. There want no pizza even delivered. What was delivered was a calzone. I tried calling and it just rang and rang so after an hour of waiting for my pizza I had to drive to the store and all the manager told me was their system had been down and offered to make the correct order and give us a complimentary brownie. I feel like for just the wait alone I just have been more compensated. My total with tip was over $45 dollars. If my food was gonna be an hour late they could have at least gotten it correct.

This Papa John on Fondren and Beltway sell you a medium pizza for a large pizza everyone knows the difference in the box they need to stop cheating customers do what is right or close this store.

I mean, gross. The employees sit outside smoking cigarettes and go back in to make/serve food. They look really unhygienic and have terrible attitudes. There's no way I'm going back to this location. Barf!

Horrible experience it took them about 2 hours for my pizza to get here the driver was outside for almost 1 hour called the store spoke to (Alex) very rude person told him what was going on he answered did not even great me he told me “Your order is on the way” I told him the app says I received my order about 30min ago he kept cutting me off told me not to call him back and hung up on my face that is very sad if you do not your job why work there . Then I called back when my pizza was finally delivered asking for a refund because it was very poor quality he told me “I’m not giving you a refund call door dash” sad they have individuals like this person working there he needs to get fired.
