Loved my experience here! Lydia served me so gracefully! She made my experience at this Starbucks well worth it. I pulled over to study somewhere on this side of Houston and needed a peaceful yet worthy environment to get some work done. Lydia made sure I was full of coffee and positive energy to get through my session. I am grateful! Come here and make sure you ask for Lydia!

I was going to buy a merchandise on sale and used my reward. The merchandise rang an the regular price and I told the cashier and he told me that there was nothing that he could do. I talk to the to the corporate office and they told me to contact the manager. Called the manager and email her and never contacted me back. I finally saw her at the Starbucks and she told me that there was nothing that she could do for me. Not only I didn’t get the item; but I lost my 400 stars as well. I am a very disappointed customer; since I love my Starbucks coffee.

I’ve been a regular here for quite a bit and the food is made well: They tend to make it properly and pay attention to adjustments. When they don’t, they are very kind and efficient to correct any mistakes. Although the place is rather busy, they are the quickest Starbucks I’ve been to.The service is excellent and they are always very kind and I have seen them provide assistance with language barriers (Spanish) multiple times.The atmosphere is lovely, as well and the people are very kind. Due to the fact that it is busy extremely often and most people I see come to work, do not be afraid to ask for a table. Chances are, you will not be turned down!However, there is only one downside and that is the bathrooms: at this point, I refuse to go into them. ? They are rarely cleaned, tend to lack soap and other amenities and it’s overall not the most hygienic experience.

Run down, dirty, garbage on the floor and a barista who has no idea what a smile, or thank you is. No thanks.

I'm new coffee drinking I got a Carmel Cinnamon coffee it was horrible too strong I couldn't even taste no flavors. It will be a while before I try them again don't see what the hype is about.
