Írjon visszajelzéstMy wife, myself, and two friends ate there 11/8. This was our first and our friends fourth time dining there. Frank greeted us at the door and sat us promptly. The server took our wine, this is a BYOB restaurant, opened it and gave us each a pour. It was a white wine and he kept chilled. Frank took our orders suggesting we start with an appetizer sampler consisting of calamari, carpaccio, and shrimp azzarelli. Everything was fantastic and huge portions of each. Our main courses consisted of Fra Diavolo, chicken vincent, soft shell crab, and sea bass. Everyone loved their dish! We shared the tiramisu for dessert and my wife said it was the best she's ever had. She's had it at many restaurants including many in Italy. We had an excellent meal and will return. Well done Frank Triola!
The worst mussels that I have ever eaten. They were dry and tough. The white wine garlic sauce was so strong it could take off paint! My friends meals were totally unimpressive. The noise level felt as if I was attending a rock concert! No sound buffers and the dining room is open to a second story! Pricey for mediocre to lousy food.
We came to Triola's after our courthouse wedding to celebrate, and the restaurant surprised us with a beautifully decorated table with roses for me my husband and our guests. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the chef who immediately congratulated us and welcomed us in. The entire experience was so intimate and heartfelt. The hospitality was truly out of this world! And that's not even mentioning the food, which was to DIE FOR!! Myself and my guests truly enjoyed our meals. Every single meal was a 10/10. We have deemed this spot as the best Italian food in Houston, hands down!! We cannot wait to be back!!
Triola's was excellent. The food was perfect and the owner, Frank, was awesome. The lasagna bolognese was fantastic and then the made from scratch tiramisu was the perfect end to the meal.
This is our second time to Triola and both times were amazing. The owner remembered us and greeted us like old friends. I had the Sea Bass special and it was delicious, especially the Lobster Bisque sauce. My boyfriend was craving something specific that wasn't on the list. The owner said he could make it (Carbonara) and it was delicious. Our favorite dessert that we got both times was the four layer Chocolate dessert and it was delicious. BYOB is wonderful since we can take our own bottle of wine. Top Notch place and a new favorite!
