Food was dry, we ordered nacho salad with chicken but only had like 3 chicken in it. And also the cheese didn’t taste well

The food was otherwise fine, the biggest downside is that there was raw chicken in the quesadilla, I called for this and was told that this is chicken thigh fillet and this may simply have a different color, as a chef I can say with certainty that this was not cooked chicken , and even the chef of the restaurant where I worked was shocked by what I found in the food. Downright scandalous
