Grimaldi's Pizzeria - The Woodlands

Grimaldis has been a pizza staple for years, however, I do think that the quality has gone down in recent years. If you come here during peak hours (nights and weekends), be ready for the wait and service that comes with being on the Waterway.

Personal Pizza and Calzone. Two of us shared a personal pizza and a calzone. Awesome. You gotta get ricotta on the pizza and roasted red peppers in the calzone.

Pizza was very good, so far the best I’ve had locally although it was pricey. The wait was very long, more than an hour and 20 mins with no area to wait inside of the restaurant so the lobby was very crowded. Aside from that once we were seated our server gave us a 10/10 in service.

Vivian was really nice and had a great smile, and she helped us get seated as fast as possible even though we had a 20 minute wait. very respectful with a great personality.
