Carolyn Beach Inn & Restaurant

The food took an hour and 45 minutes to be served. We requested our food first, but it arrived last. Salads were served after the main course. Would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

The owners of this restaurant were extremely rude. They lost our reservation and accused us too much. Although the restaurant was advertised as open, they told us it was closed and sent us to Tim Hortons for dinner. I can't believe the way we were treated at this place.

For two nights. The Inn is pet-friendly. With Covid the restaurant was limited opening hours. But the food was excellent. The room was impeccable.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Carolynn Beach Resort lakeside in late August 2020 to ride my motorcycle on Hwy 129 ‘Ontario’s Tail of the Dragon’. The owners Neville, Isha and their daughter Jamie were so kind with their time and attention. The...rooms were clean and comfortable and sitting at my picnic table enjoying more morning coffee made my stay even more peaceful. The on-site Resturant was wonderful. The food was fresh, plentiful with a large selection of choices. I will defiantly be back! Thank you Isha, Neville and Jamie for making my time there so perfect!

We stopped in here for breakfast. It was so easy to get on and off the Trans Canada Highway. The views of the lake are beautiful. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Great coffee. Good, hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns. We'd...stop in again.
