Elsewhere Art Cafe - Thimphu

This café, located opposite Druk Punjab Bank on the main Thimphu Watchtower street, is one of the oldest and most renowned in Bhutan. They are best known for their delicious coffee, which they bake themselves. In addition to their tasty pastries, they also offer a wide selection of food at reasonable prices. Despite being popular among Western visitors, the café is always bustling with tourists and locals. It is a great place to meet and interact with fellow travelers, and they offer high-speed free Wi-Fi and a variety of books for customers to enjoy. Locals and tourists alike are highly recommended to try their food and coffee, especially their delicious banana cake.

What a great discovery! On a non-descript staircase on Norzing Lam you will be led to a hidden bag of large coffee, teas and pastries. Had some pastries and cakes and really enjoyed the ambience. Many books, art and clothing for sale. An Alibaba cave of small surprises.

Great food!!! Great Place!!! Perfect Staff!!!! Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows, Humus Platter, Pizza with Pesto Base, Devil's Pastry and Matcha Ice Cream are some of the must-try items.

Excellent Coffee shop. Roasting their own coffee, Ambient offers a variety of coffee drinks from espresso to cold brew. Best coffee in Thimphu. Fresh press juices and smoothies. Fresh lunch food, their salad is delicious and made to order. Try adding pomegranate. Highly recommended

Fantastic Cafe in Thimpu, must visit. We came in after checking-in our hotel near by. Great vibe, free wifi, that i used to write this review : , and quick service with nice faint coffee aroma around.
