The Krystal Company - Thomson

Love the burgers here, I had to stop cause we don't have a Krystal any more..so I try to stop by often to get me some Krystal...love it

I usually love Krystal but next time I will now order only the burgers and Sweet tea! Their fries really seemed to need an oil change because several particles were sticking to them. Maybe it is just a gimmick to make them more crispy but it did not sit well with me. The Chili cheese pup I gave to the neighborhood cat after one bite and it made me wish that I had gone just a little farther down the road to Jimmie's Hot Dogs!

Employees pay more attention to personal matters than they do customers

It came to a slow start, but it turned out to be great customer service, eating was good, clean restaurant, overall it was good.

Took 20 to 30 min to receive our sackful. The employees were friendly though.
