Joey's Pizza - Thorndale

Delicious!! Sat across from where they were making the pizza...sliced mozzarella- tomato sauce- fresh mozzarella- topped with grated parmigiana cooked to perfection!! If I only lived closer!!

Came a few times for pizza and cheesesteaks, super satisfied each time. The team only uses quality ingredients, they are confident in their attention to detail, and it's generally a good vibe in there. I also appreciate the simple menu where each item is above average. I feel most places offer the kitchen sink, but are riddled with duds.

Joey's pizza doesn't seem like much from the Highway sitting in the lonely shopping center, but the food is so on point! They re did their menu over the previous years and really upped their game. They have solid thin crust pizza, with a good red sauce. I am a New Yorker, so I am very particular with my pizza. The real star of the show for me though was the cheesesteak. Soft roll, tons of meat covered in delicious melted cheese what more could you ask for!? My husband and I were really impressed and felt that Joey's rivals many of the big Philly names. I think they are definitely the best cheesesteak in Chester county and I'm always excited to order from here for my weekly cheat meal. Much success to them on their second location in West Chester.

Joey's has become a mainstay in our family since we moved to the area. We had been unsuccessfully searching for a good local pizza option, and then tried Joey's which blew the competition away by leaps and bounds. Not only is their pizza excellent, but their cheesesteaks and burgers are as well. It's hard to choose between the beef cheesesteak and the buffalo chicken, but I will say I've never had such a moist chicken cheesesteak as Joey's. You can tell that they only use high quality ingredients. My daughter loves eating there and watching the pizza being made.

Got pizza from here last weekend and was both pleasantly and not so pleasantly surprised. Very thin Connecticut style napoletano pizza. However, they over cook their pizza to the point that the crust is inedible. A minute or two less, and they would be perfect. Don't think I will be back until they change that. Otherwise great toppings and great flavored crust.
