Pizza Pizza - Thornhill

I had a highly disappointing experience with the quality of the pizza I received. It's truly frustrating how this branch handles its customers when it comes to receiving payment but doesn't provide an adequate amount of selected toppings. I ordered a large pizza with chicken, onions, and dried tomatoes, but there were only two tiny pieces of chicken, six pieces of dried tomato, and ten pieces of red onion on my pizza. It was a disgusting and disappointing experience that felt like a breach of customer rights. Unfortunately, due to the snowy weather today, I couldn't go back to the branch in person to voice my complaint. I can't help but feel like I got a raw deal.

Just ordered online 2 large Pizza from pizza with chicken wings pizza Pizza thornhill !!!!!!, everything was ok but I noticed we ordered one of the pizza with extra topping chicken we paid extra but people are working there I think they want to save some chicken for someone else, they put less chicken than usual I mean when we order in the store, we get more toppings in regular order without paying extra topping) Why you are so cheap? because it is on-line order nobody will notice!)Even if it is something small but we have to mention it.

We get pizza from here occasionally. The pizza is good. There are good deals for pizzas to be cheaper than normal. However this time, a day after eating the pizza, my mother and I got the flu. We had not been sick for years, but the pizza made us sick. Somone working there must have been sick and didn't wear a mask or something because now we are terribly sick and in pain.

For the service of this branch, I even have to pay less than one. After an hour of ordering online, I called the customer service and she said, come and take the pizza from the shop.

Good place to get pizza. If you're looking for something to eat last min. This is a good place to start off with.
