Starbucks - Thornhill

Barista needs to pay attention to the customer while taking an order, instead of making a chit chat with her colleague. Its rude and it causes errors. With 11 bucks for 2 measly coffees, at least make them right! How arrogant.

I went to stand up against the cash but the cashier with the blonde hair told me to stand at the end in which 2 other people cut in front of me, When I mentioned this to the cashier, she stated I should have stood to the side instead. Offered no apology and absolutely worst customer service I ever received. Will

Mel is the best barista who is really friendly and makes the best coffee.She made my morning happy today.I thanked her and left her a tip. I hope she gets it.

Ordered through uber and got no straws and couldn't enjoy any of our drinks ... Had to wait for them to melt and they tasted gross by then. Thanks a lot.

Staff is not very energetic, looks like they need to use more of their product
