Capitol Pizza - Thornton

The young man cashier wrongly rang up our order. Pizza was $18.75, Caesar salad was $5.25, but the bill came to 30 some dollars. It should have been in the area of $25. I had asked for a Caesar salad only, but he automatically rang me up for a Family sized one, which is $11. I asked how the bill came to 30some dollars, and he read my order back to me, which he said Family sized Caesar. I said I never said the word Family, pointed to the menu board, a few feet away and said I ordered a Caesar for $5.25. He adjusted the price with no further issue. So one must be vigilant when being rung up here and do the math in your head before paying what they ask and say something when it's wrong. Also, upon getting home and opening the clamshell Caesar, I discovered that nearly half the salad was packed with croutons. Not what I want to pay $5 for. I'd probably not return here. The good thing about this place is that there's a liquor store right around the corner for one to get beer or whatever to go with your pizza.

DO NOT order from here. They will cancel your order and claim they never received it. Way better places to order from instead of this dump that will not play dumb when you show up to pick up your order.

Stopped here late at night around 10 pm and the people were really nice and helping and the food was delicious thank you so much!

I door dash a ten inch pizza last and it was so good and most of all the options of how you like your pizza cooked is great I asked for well done and it was perfect

Small cute joint, had no issues over the past 2 years until now new owners and changed the recipe. Still an okay pizza spot, to go.
