The absolute bestest ice cream ever. My first time eating at a b&r was 50 or so years ago. I used to get a free birthday ice cream as a kid. I would always be excited the closer my birthday would get knowing what my birthday dessert would be. Yummy. Back then my fave was chocolate. Today it's chocolate mousse royale. Delicious.

I like this BR location. Parking can be a pain during peak hours but since GrabbaGreen moved it's been better. Staff is always polite and they have at least two people to help so lines aren't an issue. They haven't served any refrozen ice cream which is a huge deal to me. Prices are fine, everything is more expensive than it used to be but this business owner is just trusting to make it and I'm happy to support.

The staff here is amazing. We had a fiasco with our birthday cake when we got the wrong key to our party venue and we couldn’t get in, with our ice cream cake in hand and no where to store it! They let us bring the cake back and stored it till morning for us. They even fixed the side of the cake that we smashed trying to fit it in someone’s freezer. The cake was cute and delicious and everyone loved it. They were so kind and helpful through the whole process while I was stressing out about not having access to our venue.

Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed, setting a positive tone for our visit. They offer free samples, which is always a nice touch. There were several non-dairy ice options available, such as watermelon ice, daiquiri ice, and other seasonal flavors. These are especially enjoyable on a hot summer day or night. They also provide a few creamy non-dairy options. I tried the Non-Dairy Mint ChocoChunk, which was incredibly smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. The only downside was that they had run out of cookie cones that evening—perhaps due to supply chain issues? One of the staff members was exceptionally cheerful and made the experience of enjoying frozen desserts even better. I'm grateful for the non-dairy options!
