The food was excellent, served in generous portions, and reasonably priced. However, the service was not as impressive; the staff who attended to us were somewhat unfriendly and rarely smiled. It would have been helpful to have wet wipes available, as the meal was quite messy and left our fingers dirty.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical about a Cajun Crab Shack that combines southern-style crab with a touch of Mexican flair. However, we were pleasantly surprised! My daughter enjoyed the crab legs, I opted for the carne asada street tacos, and my wife had the fajitas. The flavors struck the right balance—spicy when we wanted them to be, and traditional when we requested it. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. The service was excellent as well!

Mete with a friend for lunch today, and we tried Cajun Crab Shack in Thousand Oaks from E Avenida De Los Arboles. I have a preference for Cajun food, especially for the style I call Cajun cooking, where all your food is cooked at the same time, so everything takes a really rich depth of taste. The best part, it is generally eaten by hand, without utensils. Cajun Crabs Shack delivered with delicious, tasteful seafood, well cooked, flavored, and reasonable price. The location in Thousand Oaks makes it an ideal place for families looking for a new type of place for a dinner, and business types looking for a lunch place that is a bit away from the local sandwich, burger or salad area. I recommend you to avoid it when you "an important face-to-face meeting immediately after ; . It becomes creepy, but this is part of the fun. At the end it is delicious, well prepared seafood, at a good price, with friendly service. I highly recommend it to try and if you like it, recommend it to your friends.

Delicious! Service was great even though the food took a little longer to come out than o expected. The garlic butter on the clams, crab, and shrimp were out of this world!
