Five Guys - Thousand Oaks

The food at this restaurant is satisfying and well-priced considering the generous portions and quality. The service is efficient and welcoming. Even though I tend to overlook this place, they serve excellent burgers.

I would like to give this restaurant another chance. The burger was delicious, but the fries were completely undercooked and soggy. The servers were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I believe the staff could use some assistance in food preparation, which would greatly enhance the overall experience. I hope the owners/managers can address this issue. If improvements are made in this area, my husband and I would become regular customers as we enjoy good burgers and fries.

Burgers were dry and severely overcooked, no bacon on one of our bacon cheeseburgers, Previous visit was only slightly better. There are so many better options for burgers. I'll stick with any of those going forward.
