Olive Garden Thousand Oaks

Despite being extremely busy, we only had to wait 15 minutes. The service was excellent and our server was very pleasant.

My husband and I dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago. Our server, Paul, was charming and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and the dessert was heavenly.

I was disappointed to learn that the Stuffed Chicken Marsala was no longer available on the menu. I ended up ordering a very overcooked Chicken Parmesan instead. The service was satisfactory and the restaurant was clean. It was apparent that the menu had been reduced in size. I am not usually a picky eater, but most of the options seemed average and similar to what I could find at other restaurants. I understand the need to cater to the preferences of customers, but I wish my favorite dish was more popular. I am uncertain if I will continue to dine at this restaurant in the future.

Was hugely disappointed with our chicken meals that we had. Chicken meat tasted like processed meat. I may be wrong but I was not impressed. Other then that, everything else was great especially their service.
