It rained cats and dogs, but my party and I still managed to enjoy late lunch at this point. It is very quiet and peaceful! Thanks to the rain....

We arrived at 1:30 and were seated, but waited 8-10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Our waitress, Tianna, took our order and promised to bring drinks and bread. After waiting another 10 minutes without being served, my wife and I decided to leave. We felt disregarded. Even after 20 minutes of being seated, we still had not received our drinks. We will not be returning to this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Please refer to the butter packet for size comparison. Eating deep fried breaded chicken skin was definitely an interesting experience. We ordered chicken wings with fries, a BBQ burger, and one soda. Our total on DoorDash, including fees and tip, came to $69. Has anyone else had a similar experience or is it just me???!

The Cheesecake Factory has become a regular dining spot for me. The prices are reasonable and the food is high quality for what you pay. The servers are attentive and willing to accommodate any dietary preferences or dislikes. They make it easy for you to enjoy your meal without any fuss. Overall, I appreciate their understanding that customers are there to have a good meal and are willing to spend money for it. For a slightly higher price, I would choose to dine at a restaurant where the employees are not resentful about their jobs.
