Írjon visszajelzéstChecked this place out for dessert. But the prices were more expensive than what we saw on this yep. So, I'm posting photos of the updated prices. We went to get dessert elsewhere. Friendly staff. But at one point, they were talking in spanish in front of us. Please be conscious of your clients. :
So sad to see the quality go down- this used to be my go-to spot for Mexican cravings. Heads up they used fresh cotija for their corn esquites so be prepared to eat a cup of what queso and corn goop. No corn juice just a load of mayo!Thought it was an honest mistake but I called the shop and the cashier confirmed that’s what they use all the time- YEP NEVER eating this again!! ? at least not from here!
Fresh desserts, friendly service, but a bit overpriced!Located in a strip mall on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, The Raspado House offers a good selection of Mexican desserts, like churros, shaved ice, and smoothie. There are limited parking spaces available near the front. We ordered a Nutella-filled churro and a regular plain churro. The churros are very fresh and are made to order. They came out piping hot, and we both enjoyed them. The serving size of the filled churro is pretty large, and it contains a good amount of Nutella spread. It is a good portion to be shared among two people. As for the service, there is no table service and all customers place their orders at the counter. The front desk will notify you when your orders are ready. Our orders arrived within 5 minutes and there was another couple in front of us. There is a limited sitting area within the eatery. The ambiance is fun and inviting. Overall, we loved our experience there. The total for two churros came to $9.75, which was a little high for two orders of take-out desserts.
Also forgot to mention the time when I worked there I had to smack a rat with a broom and make sure customers didn't see it. Good luck when you guys find out that the churro oil has literal rat s in it because they like to Rome around at night. So thankful I quit and knowing that I will never be going back there again. Thanks for thinking we like to create our own lives you low life sluts
