Horse Jockey - Thurles

A few days later, before embarking on a drive through the Welsh countryside, we returned to this restaurant for breakfast. We opted for the traditional English breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. It consisted of hash browns, baked beans, toast, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, and more - a feast for just a few pounds. Our local friends joined us and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning during our next visit to Wales.
