Gingerbread Tea Room - Tielt

Gluten free waffles! Need I say anything more. But in all seriousness, it’s one of the only places — if not the only — in Bruges where you can find a gluten free breakfast menu. The Belgian chocolate-flavoured tea is also a must-try!

Veggie omlette was amazing! The Belgium waffle was cooked perfectly. The waiter was really nice and a lot of fun. Great little brunch place to stop in.

Tried my first ever authentic Belgian waffle with ice cream, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Absolutely utterly delicious!! Cute little seats outside and the service was really great too with polite, patient staff. Truly enjoyed my visit to this tea room. Very happy with the whole experience!!

Best waffles in Bruges! Fluffy, crispy, warm and just perfect. Had the waffle with fruit and it was perfect and not too sweet. My waffle was 9 euros and worth the cost. Very friendly staff and cute atmosphere.

This is our favorite breakfast place when we come to Brugge. The portions are very generous and made fresh to order. The food takes a bit to come out since it's made fresh, but it is so worth it! The service is wonderful and the workers are very friendly no matter how busy they are. The dining area is small so reservations are recommended
