Taco Loco Mexican Grill - Tifton

We asked if reservations could be made because we had a friend playing in the restorer we wanted to see how he was playing. We were told that no reservations were taken from 6 to 8. REMBER NO RESULTS OF 6-8. So we made the reservation for 5:45 and let the lady know that we come specifically to hear the musician. The food was good, the waiter was good. A lady, maybe manager, came a few times to ask if everything was okay. It's okay. We eat at 6:35 and talked about the music. The lady came back from us at 6:45 told us that she was sorry to come by, but she had reserved this table for someone. I'm sorry, but we just spent $100 for food there's no line outside for people who are waiting to be sitting, there's a table for 6 in our same area that has no reserved table sign that someone could have been sitting. There were also people sitting around us who were longer than we didn't want to go! I guess because we didn't drink the alcohol, we were the chosen ones. So much for the 3 1/2 hour drive my son drove to hear the musician! We didn't want to stay till 8 but we wanted to sit a little longer because it's still around no people. We didn't say anything to the lady, but we just know that we thought it was very unprofessional ruin to ask a paying client to leave 5 minutes after dinner. We won't be back.

Being that I have now visited this wonderful restaurant multiple times, I shall let everyone know that this is a high quality Hispanic food restaurant. The presentation is top notch, the wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The inside seating is limited, but not cramped. The outside seating is ample and comfortable. It is well decorated and well kept. This is my favorite restaurant in Tifton!

My husband and I have decided to start trying the local restaurants and this was the first on our list as it was recommended by many friends. We were impressed with the speed of service and how friendly our server was. They food was hot and delicious with generous portion sizes. We will definitely be back!

Taco Loco has a lively vibe, with lots of graffiti adorning the building. The interior is pretty small, but we didn’t have to wait on a Saturday night at 8:00. My wife loved her custom burrito filled with rice, mushrooms, and onions. I decided to try the sponges, which I don’t see often and were a special for the weekend. I found them to be a bit dry and lacking in flavor. The guacamole was primarily avocado, with not much added flavor. The flan was enjoyable as well. Our server was very polite and attentive.

We were truly impressed with the quality of the food at this restaurant. The presentation was outstanding, and the service was excellent. Although the dining room is somewhat small, it had a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, even with most tables filled. The margaritas were fantastic, but it’s the food that will definitely bring us back. I’m excited to try more dishes from their menu.
