Elmer's Tigard

I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast this morning, and the coffee was fantastic as well!

I had the Dungeness Crab salad, and it was just perfect for the lovely 85-degree day. The salad featured crisp lettuce, refreshing sweet crab, perfectly cooked bacon, tomatoes, olives, and diced hard-boiled egg. All I can say is Yum! Additionally, my server was attentive and professional, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic visit! Thank you.

I truly felt like part of the family when I walked in and was welcomed by the hostess the other night. She was incredibly polite and quickly seated us at our table. I also saw her assist an elderly customer by opening the door for him and helping him with his walker. A big thank you to the young woman wearing glasses who worked last Friday night!

The atmosphere at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff were amazing, and the service was impressively quick. However, I found the food to be a bit bland for my taste. The biscuits were delicious, but the gravy lacked flavor. I would have appreciated a stronger savory taste in the gravy, as it mostly tasted like flour. The griddle dish was enjoyable, but once again, I felt it could have used more seasoning and vibrant flavors, especially considering the variety of vegetables and meats included. I suppose I went in expecting a diner experience, which often has more straightforward flavors.
