There wasn't much to choose from. The owner informed us that everything was consumed during the holidays, and the chef was sick, so she was managing everything on her own. If we were willing to wait, she could fry some cutlets or bake trout. We agreed on a salad and the trout. The only drink available was bottled beer. The greens in the salad were wilted and bitter. The trout was over-frozen and dry. The food was prepared fairly quickly, but it seemed they might have run out of spices as well. Overall, it tasted somewhat bland. The prices are reasonable, and the design is cheerful. If you don’t mind the imperfections, you can manage to eat here.
Currently, the restaurant is closed (as of March 30, 2020). I visited it once and wasn't impressed. The menu is expensive, and the decor feels like it's from a funeral. I'll never forget the large broken and reassembled mirror right across from our table—it was quite unsettling, especially since the place doesn't market itself as a cheap diner.
A quiet and cozy place. The dishes made from scratch are very delicious. The pancakes are amazing. However, the reheated frozen products like sausages and dumplings are just average.
Cozy cafe. They cook delicious food.
